1. If Alacrity Academy receives tuition from the student, or a person on behalf of the student, the institution will refund the student, or the person who paid on behalf of the student, the tuition that was paid in relation to Alacrity Academy membership in which the student is enrolled if the institution receives a notice of withdrawal from the student no later than fourteen days after their first payment.

2. If Alacrity Academy receives a notice of withdrawal from a student after fourteen days from the first payment date their membership will not be eligible for refund.

3. Membership to the Alacrity Academy can be canceled at any time with or without cause. The membership will remain active and students will retain access to all content and features until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Refunds required under this policy will be paid to the student, or a person who paid the tuition or fees on behalf of the student, within 30 days:

  1. of the date Alacrity Academy receives a student’s request for a refund,

  2. of the date Alacrity Academy provides a notice of dismissal to the student.
